Antipasto's Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Does Antipasto's offer gift certificates?

A. Of course. Gift certificates can be purchased at the restaurant. Also, you send us a check or money order along with the address to mail it the gift certificate to.

We can also hold the certificate at the restaurant for the recipient if that is your preference.

Q. Does Antipasto's accept credit cards?

A. At this time we only accept credit cards for online orders. We gladly accept cash and personal checks for our dine-in customers. There are also ATM machines at TrustCo and Price Chopper just steps from our front door.

Q. Do you offer vegan menu items?

A. The majority of our pastas are vegan; the exceptions being the cavatelli, the  cheese raviolis and the vegetable raviolis. We also offer, as substitutions, vegan raviolis, wheat pasta and rice (gluten-free) pasta. Our pizza crust is also vegan.

The majority of our other offerings are vegan, with the exception of the veggie burger, veggie bacon, all cheeses (including soy), and a few of our non-vegetarian pizza toppings (pepperoni, meatballs and anchovies). You can always consult your server when dining with us as our menu does change from time to time.

Q. Are you open for lunch?

A. We are only open during the evening. See our business hours below.

Q. Does Antipasto's take reservations?

A. We accept reservations for parties of 5 or more, as far in advance as you like. Just give us a call during business hours. For smaller parties, you can call before you head to the restaurant and we will hold an open table for you. We also take reservations for parties of any size on Valentine's Day and New Year's Eve.

Q. Can Antipasto's accommodate special dietary needs?

A. We are happy to do whatever possible to meet your dining needs, including Vegan and wheat-free menu options. Be sure to tell your server.

Q. Do you deliver?

A. We do not deliver, but all of our menu items are available for take out.

Q. Do you have a dress code?

A. Our diners range from casual to 'dressed to the 9s'. Our only rules are no tank tops or cut-offs for the gentlemen.

Q. Do you have a Children's menu?

A. We do not have a Children's menu per se, however all of our pasta dishes are available as half-orders (the cheese raviolis are popular with families). We also offer a small 4-cut pizza.

Q. Do you offer wheat pizza crust?

A. We used to, but we were not happy with the quality. We do offer wheat pasta and some gluten-free dishes.

Q. Is the cheese you serve free of the animal enzyme rennet?

A. The only cheeses that we offer that might have animal rennet would be the Gourmet Cheese Platter, which is a variety of cheeses that sometimes includes traditional European cheeses that can be made with animal-derived rennet. The rest of our dishes are made with cheeses free of animal rennet.
