Siccari is an exciting new addition to the organic-VEGAN friendly Sicilian Purato line. The name Siccari comes from the Sicilian dialect, which translates "seccare" in Italian (to dry). This blend of Nero d'Avola, Syrah and other local grape varieties is produced from grapes partially sun-dried before vinification. Siccari has a rich and complex structure with layer apon layer of intense and diverse fruit flavors.

Tiamo Chianti is estate grown from a single vineyard. Organic grapes: 90% Sangiovese and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. After hand picking, the grapes are sorted and crushed. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures over 15-20 days before a gentle pressing. No oak is used. This Chianti has a deep garnet color and an intense bouquet with hints of licorice, spice and red fruits. It is fruity but soft. It pairs perfectly with roasted/grilled vegetables, stews, pastas with red sauces, pizza and firmer cheeses.

This Negroamoro Rosato is made by allowing contact with the skin for between 12 and 18 hours until the correct intensity of color is achieved. Light red color, intense aromas of stawberries and cherries with soft dry tannanis, leads to great length on the palate. Perfect with salads, white sauces and also great aperitivo!
Very fine and persistant. Staw yellow color with greenish reflections. Floral aromas, along with generous amounts of pear and Golden Delicious apple. Creamy, full and harmonious on the palate. Slightly Sparkling.

Chocolate Amore Port
We produce this opulent dessert wine from Merlot grown on our Geyserville Ranch. Borrowing from the traditions of Port making, we add neutral grape spirits to stop fermentation, trapping a percentage of sugar in the wine. Once Chocolate Amore is finished aging and is ready for bottling, we infuse a tiny amount of natural chocolate extract to the final blend, creating the perfect marriage of food and wine. This Merlot-based, port style, chocolate flavored dessert wine is great as a standalone dessert or try it oer vanilla ice cream.
